At Vestiva, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy ensures a fair and straightforward process.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 2-5 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Perfect for adding to your home décor collection. Returns accepted in original packaging
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Support at care@vestiva.com
  • with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions on shipping your item back.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ship the item using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Vestiva error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and specify the item you would like in exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 2-5 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
