Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return Process

- with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions on shipping your item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Vestiva offers free returns on eligible products. No return shipping charges will be applied for approved returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered by Vestiva.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and specify the item you would like in exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
